Missing features in the newest edition

HI And thanks for letting me ask a simple question. 
  I recently move to an IMAC and put open office on it
The word processor work terrific but the feature that is mossing 
Is the photo rotational feature, the photo in the document can no longer be rotated .
Is this something that can be corrected, or have I overlooked the toolbar.  Bob Haynes // BOBSBEES LLC
