Using a TAB to reference external webpage

Hello everyone,

I'm trying to include an external Fourm application under a navigation tab within Jetspeed.  Is there a way to do this? I may be able to reference the html file for the startup within a portlet, but as far as navigation, won't it say the page is expiring left and right?  I'd like to be able to use the navigation tab as a grouping of portlets as well as websites and web pages, is that possible?
