UnSubscribe my mailId

Hi,
  I would like to unsubscribe my subscription as my mail box size is getting
reached to its max limit more frequently. Could u please let me know where
should Can i do it for Subscription. Or Is it possible to stop the mails
from users.
 Could u please help me as it is very urgent to me.
