Struts Validation - Filtering Global Javascripts

I'm a new user of Struts and I am starting with my first web app using it.
We've got some global javascripts (require,min,max,etc.) and are using the
<html:javascript /> tag.  All of the global scripts are generated even
though they're not all needed on all pages.  Does anyone know if there's a
way to filter them so that only the needed javascripts would be generated?
