There's a few out of date dependencies in the Gradle config, some of which are hindering us from fully supporting Java 11.   

* Gradle can be upgraded to 6.2
* Findbugs is abandoned and is Java 8 only
* Old guava transitive dependency from the Java Driver
* Java driver is 3.6, 3.8 is more current

There's probably more to do but this is a quick starting point.
