Mahout Jenkins builds are not updating JIRA issues because of an authentication problem

Attempt to log in user 'hudson' failed. The maximum number of failed
login attempts has been reached. Please log into the application
through the web interface to reset the number of failed login
attempts.



Maybe it's related to recent Apache Infra LDAP issue.
