Thank you [~azuryy].

I was able get similar page by downgrading (Using F12 developer tool) the Document Mode to 5 (Similar to IE 5), but with the default mode of IE 11 (Edge), things were getting displayed as expected.

The basic UI functionality works only on IE10 and above.

Please let us know if the issue is happening with the default document mode.
