action-event problem

Hi ,
I have a form with 3 radio buttons(for filtering) - All(default), Gaps, 
Pending.
and a gif image for simpilfied view and a detailed view toggle.
When radio button 'All' is - toggling between detailed/simplied view is 
happenning properly.
Now when I select 'Gaps' radio button, and try toggling the action on the 
gif file is not getting triggered.
Any idea what can be the problem??
