https protocol in URIs referenced in Jena rules

I'm using Jena 3.16.0. In Rule$Parser.parseNode, the prefixes that are
valid do NOT include "https". However, "https" is showing up in OWL
ontologies, making rules referencing those ontologies invalid when parsed.
Is there a plan to add "https" to valid protocols?

A "plan" no but it's a very good point and should be a simple change.

Would you like to open a jira ticket for it?
