POJO facade/Ant tasks

Howdy,

I should have these issues cleared up today, I added back file-file
transfers to allow the ant tasks do the simplest things to mimic the get
Task so I'm just making changes to the WagonTestCase to reflect this and
rippling the changes through the other providers.
