[Axis2] Nightly builds

Hi All,
    It seems that some users run into build problems with the svn code 
due to the notorious problem with the auto build tools (we had the same 
problem with Axis C++) Hence for those who do not have the version of 
the auto toolset that the developers are currently using, I propose that 
we post the latest svn as nigtly packages somewhere.  This way uses 
could use "./confgure;make;make install" whout needing to upgrade to the 
latest auto build tools
