Gavin, the point is that this is not Apache infrastructure but again outside of Apache. Me and probably others are confused about this fact. Even thinking that this is a misconfiguration.

This should either be on Apache servers or simply disabled. It causes confusion why someone needs to go to some external place to access information in the Apache Subversion repository.
