   It is hard to produce a sample because sometimes it goes well and sometimes not. And sometimes it is in pipeline A and sometimes in pipeline B. But always on a spot where more than 1 stream goes to another transform. This other transform can also be a 'dummy' one. 
   That is also the reason that it can not be a mismatch of the metadata of the 2 streams.
