When an adding network partition that already exisits following error message is raised:
stratos> add-network-partition --resource-path /Users/imesh/sandboxes/apache/stratos/4.1.0/cli/network-partition-1.json
HTTP/1.1 500 Internal Server Error
Internal server error occurred
