[DISCUSS][SIP-76] Proposal for custom dashboard component support

Hi folks,

For your consideration, a proposal for a feature to load custom dashboard components into that can reflect the dashboard state in any visual way similar to how we allow developing custom viz plugins
I'll be happy to hear your thoughts on that .
