Improvements:
- can now enumerate versions (ie versions like [1.0,2.0) will work)
- one file per directory, instead of all the text files
- unified

I'm still working through some quirks and integrating it into the
artifact collection. Please let me know if you encounter bugs. The next
thing after that will be to populate the repository. I'll need to
improve the tools we have, including repoclean.
