[jelly] TagSupport.get/set TagLibrary ?

Hi,

I think several people have been touching this... reading 
TagLibrary.java seems to indicate an easy space to call setTagLibrary 
on created tags... some Tag subclasses could make use of this.
(e.g., I'd like the LogTagLibrary to be endowed with setLogFactory... 
there seems to be no other way to use this information).
