.net build error MethodBodyDecoderRegistry


Hi 

I am trying to build dotnet client  but i failed because
MethodBodyDecoderRegistry error 
I found the exact same situation of mine  But I don't get it what it means 
Could you please tell me what to do to get dotnet class library?
