language for formula-operations

Hi at all. I want to read a formula from a cell and give it to the user. Now
i recognized that all operations are written in english. What about other
languages? Is it possible to get the formula in "german"? For example SUMME
instead of SUM?

No, this is impossible.
Internally Excel saves the formula names in English only and it is just 
a service of your
localized version of Excel (being German) to offer those names in German.
Even with VBA you have to use the English names although you are 
working with a German
version.
Checkout the VBA reference to find the corresponding English names for 
your formulas.
