New Document form should auto-fill Doc Id

Hello everyone,

It occurred to me that the form for creating a new document in Lenya 
1.2.x could work a little better.  I've made a couple improvements to 
my copy of 1.2.4:

1) Moved the Navigation Title field to the top, since that's the first 
thing a non-technical content provider would want to enter.

2) Added an onblur javascript function to the Navigation Title field to 
*automatically* generate and fill the Document ID field when the user 
tabs out of the Navigation Title field (if the Document ID field is 
empty).  The Document ID is generated simply by removing all chars from 
the title other than letters, numbers and dashes, then converting to 
all lower case.

I can submit a bug and a patch if anyone else thinks this is a 
worthwhile improvement.  I only had to change a few lines in the 
pubs/default/lenya/xslt/authoring/create.xsl file.
