To simplify the code of the Sling side for SLING-3279 we need some additional support in Oak:
* Addition of {{enter}} and {{leave}} methods on {{EventHandler}},
* a slightly tightening of the {{EventHandler}} contract, saying that events belonging to an instance *should* be delivered before other events are deliverd,
* ways to inject {{Observer}} s through {{Oak}} and {{Jcr}}.
