[jira] [Commented] (HDFS-5120) add command-line support for
manipulating cache pools
[ https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HDFS-5120?page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel&focusedCommentId=13757428#comment-13757428 ]
Colin Patrick McCabe commented on HDFS-5120:
--------------------------------------------
this patch just has cache pool command-line support. We can add support for adding and removing directives in HDFS-5158.
Creating / removing / modifying cache pools is a superuser-only operation. This patch adds commands to dfsadmin.
(In contrast, cache directives are NOT superuser only-- see HDFS-5158 for details.)
