Any Docs on Topologies (more than Readme)

The readme mentions options, for things like parameters of
"production-topology remote" for RollingTopWords.

But the information is sparse, there's little to no information on
these topologies.  Are there any docs anywhere on them, some of their
options, etc.?  Other than going through the code?  (Ops guy here)

Starter Topologies* need lovin'... :)
