--------------------------------------------------

Pushed addendum in [a36ffc35c|http://git-wip-us.apache.org/repos/asf/calcite/commit/a36ffc35c] that deals with UnsupportedOperationException if we try to copy a node that is not supported by RexCopier while backtracking a certain expression.

> Currently, we bail out in the metadata provider if join operator is not of inner type. For left, right outer joins, we could track expressions generated from columns from the left, right inputs, respectively. In addition, if any of the columns in the join cannot be backtracked, we could still backtrack the origin of an expression if it is not using that column, and currently we bail out too.
