[Bug 120232] New: Bullets and numbering type can not be applied for all paragraphs automatically when change type for one paragraph in footer area in master view.

Build Info : 
Aoo3.4.1 m1 (Build:9591) - Rev.1354891

Steps:
1. New a presentation document.
2. View->Master->Slide Master View. 
3. Input 2 paragraphs text in footer area.
4. Apply one type of bullets and numbering for 2 paragraphs.
5. Right click on one paragraph (for example, paragraph 1), select "Bullets and
Numbering", select another bullets and numbering type.

Expected result: 
Bullets and Numbering type of all paragraphs is changed to new type.

Defect: 
Just current paragraph is applied with new number type.

Notes:
Please refer to the behaviors of MS PPT 2003 as expected results.

I do not see this as an error. There exist only the style for the whole object,
in this case the presentation object "Background object". If you mark the
paragraphs and set bullets, it means, that each paragraph gets an own direct
formatting. So it is the expected behavior, that format changes for one
paragraph do not effect other paragraphs.

You would need the feature "paragraph style" to change the behavior. The
feature request for it is in issue 19340.

BTW: The standard template (and likely all others) have styled this object
directly, so that you will not see changes in the style "Background object"
until you remove all the direct formatting using Format > Default Formatting.
