For example the "cordova plugin command" headline has a subheadline "Syntax". Unfortunately it only has an id/anchor "syntax" which is also used before: https://cordova.apache.org/docs/en/dev/reference/cordova-cli/index.html#cordova-plugin-command Same for all the other subheadlines that are used multiple times.
