Hi,

I am maintaining the info of [1] and need to confirm the date of the
following tasks:

- Request Mailing Lists
<https://whimsy4.apache.org/officers/mlreq/incubator>
- Give all Mentors access to the incubator Git repository. (to be done by
the Incubator PMC chair or an Incubator PMC Member wih karma for the
authorizations file)
- Tell Mentors to track progress in the file 'incubator/projects/iotdb.html'

Hi Chris and Justin, can you provide some info? (Or, we do not need a clear
date actually)
