    MINOR: Use API hyperlinks in 'Kafka Protocol Guide' to facilitate navigation

    Finding the protocol associated with an API key can be a challenge in the lengthy web page.
    Adding hyperlinks would definitely help with that.

You can merge this pull request into a Git repository by running:

    $ git pull https://github.com/vahidhashemian/kafka minor/hyperlinks_in_kafka_protocol_guide

Alternatively you can review and apply these changes as the patch at:

    https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/2467.patch

To close this pull request, make a commit to your master/trunk branch
with (at least) the following in the commit message:

    This closes #2467
