Adding request headers

Hi,

I need to redirect users to a secure site (https), if he/she accesses the
website without the https-prefix, using http.

I tried using the HeaderSelector, but it seems that the
"IS_SECURE" -parameter (or similar) is not going with the request to
Cocoon by default.

How can I enable such a parameter to be included in the request? This
might be a Tomcat issue too.

Using Cocoon2.1.5 and Tomcat4.1.24
