While javax.cache:cache-api:1.0.0 includes a manifest with OSGi headers, the exported packages are not complete and are missing javax.cache.configuration, for example.

It would be helpful if the SMX project released a replica of the upstream bundle but enhancing the export directive.

I'll work on this and submit a patch.
