## Description
For Ruby to be adopted as an officially supported language.
The best candidate project I've seen available is [mxnet.rb](https://github.com/mrkn/mxnet.rb/issues/47)
We are in the process of getting this project up to speed and would like to understand the mxnet-incubator team's position regarding bindings for Ruby.

We've completed translation of optimisers, and are now fleshing out Gluon API nn and rnn modules. We'll tackle the loss functions last and add specs (tests) toward the completion of Gluon API.

Thanks for bringing this up. It's great to see interest in making mxnet accessible in Ruby and thanks for sharing the language binding project from the community.
Adding support for a new language binding involves some work. For better chance of success, it's best to have a couple of maintainers who's willing to port and maintain the language binding for the community. If @mrkn @tjad @toddsundsted you are willing to take an active role in making it happen, I think we will have enough momentum to launch a new binding and I will be happy to offer my help wherever needed.
