Problems with Fedora 31 - podman

Hi,
unfortunately Fedora 31 decided to switch to podman instead of docker.

It looks like our scripts do not work with podman due to some
permissions issues.
With docker and Fedora 30 I only had to do:
setenforce Permissive

and everything was fine but with podman it does not work

just  dev/docker/run.sh fails

Does anybody have experience with podman ?
