Tuscany Nightly Builds and Nightly Distribution Downloads

Nightly builds are now running for Tuscany sub-projects, and nightly
distributions are being produced and are now available for download in
the Tuscany Download page [1].

SCA Binary nightly builds are now available on the download section of
the Tuscany website.

Right now I have linked directly to the build machine, so it only
keeps the latest one.

What would be the benefits of having the build history archived
somewhere? I can see space being an issue if we indeed start copying
the build results and storing somewhere.
