white list vs black list

There is a section in config.xml <!-- White List: ..  --> that refers to 
use of 'block lists'. There is no other referenece to 'block lists' in 
the file. I'm guessing that it is referring to the section n the Spool 
Manger, "SenderInFakeDomain". Is there somewhere else that block lists are?

JAMES handles both white lists and block lists in the mailet pipeline in the
same manner: a matcher identifies hits, and you use a mailet to control the
response.  In the new fast-fail code, you don't have control over what to do
on a match, so the lists are explicitly identified.
