I downloaded commons-codec-1.3.jar. Then I write one program that reads one 
TIFF image file '00001.tif', encodes it and writes it in some text file in the 
text format. Then it reads the text file and after decoding, it writes it to 
another TIFF file '00002.tif'. Now when I opened image '00002.tif', it gives me 
the message 'Tiff Decode Error. This is not a valid TIFF file !'.
