suggestion: make "newline-delimited" more pronounced in svn:ignore documentation

Hi, (I'm not subscribed, please CC.)

I think "newline-delimited" on this page:

http://svnbook.red-bean.com/nightly/en/svn.advanced.props.special.ignore.html

could be more clear. I would suggest bold font but it seems to go
against your typesetting conventions. I had everything on one line...

Chris

I've forwarded this to the appropriate mailing list (svnbook-dev@red-bean.com).
