update the wiki

Hey everyone, pls have a look in the wiki and update as you see fit. I
feel the focus should be contributing to Apache Cordova (as opposed to
`using` Apache Cordova).

http://wiki.apache.org/cordova

Just stubbing content in and will continue to do so.

Good call, I thought as much while writing it though nobody else using
Apache Cordova is contributing back. Maybe this will help that to
happen.

Sounds good.

Note that I modified the reference to PhoneGap to a more generic one
to avoid presenting it as the one and only end-user distribution of
Cordova. We need to provide a level playing field to anyone who wants
to start their competing products based on Cordova.
