Maven xml-apis.jar
Is there a reason there's no version of xmlParserAPIs.jar or
xml-apis.jar from Xerces 2.7.1 in the IBiblio maven repository? Did this
not change since 2.6.2?

If anyone with some experience using Maven feels like volunteering for
this the instructions for doing it are here [1].

I have no idea, but it still hasn't been fixed. Could someone open an

Indeed it did change. JAXP 1.2 -> JAXP 1.3.
I don't recall us doing anything specific for previous releases. How have
these jars arrived in the repository in the past?
