All of our dependencies are now available through public maven
repositories, so I'll configure our Continuum instance as soon as the
machine at Apache is running again.

Continuum is setup and it sends all mails currently to the commits list.
We can change this easily to whatever we want.
I've added all modules that are listed in the pom in our root directory.
I'll keep continuum with this pom in sync.
