New task created for first project from the list if user didn't select any project from the list.
Steps to regenerate issue:
# Browse the link: https://localhost:8443/scrum/control/EditTask
# Fill the task name and push 'Create' button. View the task created it will be created for the first project appearing in the list.

As the task can't exist without a project, this field must be a required field.
