unbuffered CGI?

I haven't seen your patch, Sameer, but it is only a hack for mod_cgi, or is
it a general-purpose mechanism for doing unbuffered data output?  I would
much prefer the latter to let other modules optionally turn on unbuffered
mode.  It is a very frequent question from mod_php users.

Might be a bit tricky with the HTTP 1.1 chunking.
