issues[bug] should be solved first than feature

hi developers，

 last days, I noticed that some labled by bug issues not see progress，I
think the priority of bug > feature, In other words, we should fix bug
first.

this branch used for "resource directory tree" feature, users just can
upload resource under one directory in the resource center ago，now user can
use multi directory to seperate each other’s resources
