Raise maxBooleanClauses??

Anybody have any interest in pursuing SOLR-4586 - Increase default maxBooleanClauses?

Actually, I thought it was already done – I was checking to see when it was done, when I noticed it was still open.

My original proposal faced some opposition.  I think Yonik is very much
in favor of pretty much obliterating the Solr limitation, regardless of
what happens with Lucene.
