[ANNOUNCE] Meetup of Apache ServiceComb (incubating) Day will be held on June 27th, the notice has been listed on our website and LC3 website.

Hi Dear guys,

Last time, we  discussed [1] and called a vote [2] for holding Apache
ServiceComb (incubating) Day Meetup, and approved by our PMCs [3].

Now, I am very happy to announce that the notice of Apache ServiceComb
(incubating) Day Meetup has been listed on the LC3 2018 website [4], the
event will be held on June 27th.
I also listed it on our news section on the ServiceComb website [5].

Thanks to all of the support from speakers and volunteers.
Let us meet up in Beijing and enjoy it.
