[DISCUSS] Stanbol-Enhancer supported formats and default format

Hi,

I created https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/STANBOL-101 which
raises the question of the official default format for enhancements
and how to control the returned format consistently.

We should discuss:
- What is the default format for Stanbol enhancements?
- Which formats do we want to support?
- How to control the returned format?

At the moment we have:
- Default is JSON-LD
- Formats are JSON, JSON-LD, Turtle, RDF+XML, RDF+JSON, RDF+NT
- Accept-Header of HTTP request
