Are both constructors needed?

SubtreeSpecificationChecker has two constructors, but the one with the
oidsMap parameter doesn't gives any benefit, as the parameter isn't
used. Is this constructor a historical hangover or for future use?

The oidMaps was supposely used to normalize elements, but we now use the 
SchemaManager directly.
