[RESULT] [Action Required] SkyWalking 6.3.0 release test

We got positive feedback from Hongtao Gao, Sheng Wu, Yuguang Zhao, Zhenxu
Ke, Xin Zhang.
Plus the e2e automatic tests confirmations.
*I think it is good enough to do this release.*
