Should this be fixed in v 2.1.0 (though I'll note that I haven't been able to personally confirm it as yet, as I've been having trouble myself connecting to Keystone v3). Anyway, here is what the docs are saying: https://jclouds.apache.org/blog/2018/01/16/keystone-v3/
