2.Open navigator from "View->Navigator"
Bug:
Check bookmarks in Navigator, there are lots of bookmarks start with _toc

Taking over to provide a solution for this issue.
My proposal will be to import these "Microsoft Word TOC bookmarks" as Cross
reference bookmarks.
