The notification of new merge requests is good, like `[allura:git] Merge request: Add login redirect to the nav "Log In" link`

But notifications of any further changes (status, comment, etc) just has the number and no useful title.  E.g. `[allura:git] Merge Request #78 of Apache Alluraâ„¢:git.git discussion`.  Those  should be changed to be like the first.
